    A little about me...

    Jeff has been a widely respected member of the Atlanta Real Estate community since 2001. After more than 500 successful transactions, his track record remains impeccable. A record he attributes to always placing his clients interests ahead of his own, providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the nuances of Georgia Real Estate Law.

    As a Licensed Realtor in Georgia since 2001, Jeff has been personally selling, investing in and managing Residential Real Estate and Land Acquisition for over 20 years. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Cobb Board of Realtors. Additionally, Jeff has earned the prestigious Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. Jeff is a Lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

    In January of 2003, Jeff and seven of Atlanta's top Agents purchased and opened a Real Estate franchise named Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners, located in Marietta, Georgia. In less than two years, it was ranked #35 out of over 700 Keller Williams Realty International Market Centers in the Country, generating over $700M in annual sales. As of April 2024, the Market Center still maintains a TOP 50 ranking, employing over 425 agents.

    Jeff is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering. He has served on the NCSU College of Engineering Foundation Board of Directors and the Department of Chemical Engineering Advisory Board of Directors. Jeff attends Buckhead Church where he is a Small Group Leader for Waumba Land, serving in the 4-5 year old age group for the past 23 years.
